Setup: For a general Pack meeting, setup starts at 6:30 and includes putting out chairs and tables. For Derbies and the Blue & Gold Banquet, setup starts according to the event schedule.
Flag Ceremony: Den scouts perform a flag ceremony, normally indoors.
Cookies: Each family in the den brings one dozen cookies for the Cookie Raffle
Door duty: An adult is on duty at the door to let attendees in. (Must be an adult. Can’t prop the door open)
Opening activity: Den members and leaders arrive early and engage all scouts in an organized activity.
