We'd love to have you in Pack 559!
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL STEPS IN THE PROCESS: Applications + Dues + Medical Forms + Family Talent Form + Uniforms
Not Sure? Set-up a Pack visit or stop by for a hands-on look at how Pack 559 operates by emailing us at pack559sandburg@gmail.com. Confidential financial aid is also available.
Calendar: Check out the Calendar for details on upcoming events including meetings, hikes, and adventures.
New Scouts should first go to the national website to complete a Scout's Youth National Application. National Dues will be paid with the application. New Scout Discount!! New Scouts that sign up in Aug-Sept 2026 will receive a discount on their National Dues.
Current Scouts should also visit My.Scouting.org to update their contact information and to confirm their renewal date or to create an account. National Dues will be paid on the renewal date.
NOTE: Youth Protection Training - All Trusted Adults and any other adult who attend Scouting Activities must log in to My.Scouting.com to complete this training. A Trusted Adult must attend all activities, except for Webelos and AOL weekly Meetings (but Trusted Adults are encouraged to attend with their Webelos and AOLs).
Trusted Adults are not required to become Adult Leaders but will need to volunteer to help with activities through the year.
If you wish to be an Adult Leader (Leadership Committee, Den Leaders, etc.), make sure to complete the Adult National Application (linked) so that we know who wants to join as a Leader. Annual Dues are covered by the Pack for certain Leadership role. Email pack559sandburg@gmail.com with interest.
Current Scouts - Bring a check for Pack Dues to the August Pack Meeting. National Dues are paid online at My.Scouting.org.
New Scouts - Bring a check for Pack Dues at the September Pack Meeting. National Dues are paid online at My.Scouting.org.
NOTE: Scout Handbooks: The Pack is happy to purchase a Scout handbook for $25 (simply add the cost to your dues check). However, because books are purchased after payments are received, they likely will not be available until the October Pack Meeting. Families who would like their handbook sooner are encouraged to purchase one directly from the Scout Shop when buying their Scout's uniform.
Payments are not currently accepted online. We may add payment links in September 2026. Please note that credit card transactions may incur additional fees as stated at the time of checkout. Checks are preferred.
